Our upmarket Cocktail Lounge was opened as a result of many requests from JennaVIVA patrons who said they needed a safe, elegant establishment in SW where one could enjoy a pre-dinner drink, an after dinner night cap, quiet drink or enjoy a meal away from the busy main restaurant, in a sophisticated environment.
Sushi and Tapas served from opening till 10pm.

Whiskey Lovers!
We have brought into our Cocktail Lounge & Wine Bar a 100 year old Dutch cabinet housing our Whiskey Lovers Collection of Whiskeys. Buy a bottle of your favourite brand of Single or Double Malt from us and we'll give it your name and keep it for you - under lock and key- and bring it out each time you visit. Your whiskey mixers will be on the house. What a great way to be sure your favourite glass of whiskey will always be available to you. Impress your Better Half, the Boss, a friend when next you come to JennaVIVA and get your personal bottle of whiskey to enjoy ... whenever.

Wine of Choice
JennaVIVA has introduced a Wine of Choice concept to showcase prestigious local winemakers and their wines. We are proud to have showcased Stellakaya wines and its winemaker Ntsiki Biyele and Posthouse Wines and its winemaker and owner Nick Gebers over the winter season.
In November and December we are privileged to feature Grangehurst Wines and the winemaker and owner Jeremy Walker .
Enjoy some informal interaction with Jeremy on the regular occasions he visits JennaVIVA during November and December and enjoy sampling his variety of wines.

At Jenna VIVA we love wine! Good wine makes good food even better. And here in the winelands we are privileged to be immersed in a culture of superb food and outstanding wines. Where else in this beautiful country will you see acre upon acre of cherished vineyards set against an idyllic backdrop of mountains with the majestic Indian Ocean never that far away? The art of wine making is part of the heritage of this region and we salute the vinyardists, viticulturists, agricultural chemists, planters, pickers, vintners, packers, wholesalers, distributors, sommeliers, marketers and investors who make our enjoyment of wine possible.
In our selection of wines we have applied 5 key criterion
QUALITY - this is paramount and never compromised. A panel of food and wine lovers has researched, tasted and approved each of the wines on this menu.
VARIETY - our wine offering is relatively extensive and enables our patrons to enjoy different wines, in different price ranges, on different occasions without our assortment becoming tedious.
LOCALITY - at JennaVIVA we follow the 40km rule. We support quality local wine estates & winemakers who are located within a 40km radius of Somerset West in our endeavour to support local suppliers.
EXPOSURE - we offer some well established and popular wines and also wines that are under-exposed. We call them shy wines - wines not often seen out in public.
ENJOYMENT - our wines are meant to be enjoyed with friends, for a business meeting or simply for your own personal pleasure. We hope you enjoy the wines we have selected for you!
Please note: We put a great deal of effort into selecting, trialling, procuring and storing our wines. This is our investment in your enjoyment. We are proud of of the extensive range we are able to offer. However we appreciate that there may be occasion when we are not able to offer a preferred wine and patrons may want to bring their own wine to accompany their meal. In such an event a corkage levy of R30 per bottle will apply.
